Shopping with Nick's Vintage Clothing should feel easy from checkout to closet — and that includes returns.
Return Window
You have 30 days from your delivery date to send an item back.
Condition for Return
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and accompanied by your order number or receipt. Final sale or clearance items are excluded unless otherwise noted on the product page.
No Cost to You
Returns with Nick's Vintage Clothing are completely free — there are no return shipping charges and no restocking fees, ever.
How Returns Work
- Visit our Return Center page on our website and submit your return request with your order number and the item(s) you're sending back (or email info@nicksvintageclothing.shop if you need help getting started).
- Our team confirms your return is eligible, usually within 1–2 business days.
- We send a free prepaid return shipping label to your email address — no cost to you, and no restocking fee. Just print, attach, and drop off your package.
Refund Timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received something damaged, defective, or not what you ordered? Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right with a free replacement or exchange — no return label needed for our mistake.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once submitted, orders move into processing quickly. Cancellations can only be accommodated in exceptional cases and only before an order ships — contact us as soon as possible if something needs to change.
